All 2017 Rozebuds shipped!

After many long nites, we are happy to report that all Rozebuds not deferred to 2018 have now shipped! If you haven't yet received a tracking number, please let us know and we will look into it.
We have such mixed feelings about this shipping accomplishment though as the feedback we've received regarding the audio quality has been varied and come as a complete surprise to us. The audio for our prototypes received nothing but positive reviews and almost the exact opposite is happening now for our mass production run. Even though we were not pursuing the superior audio quality of luxury earphones, we thought we had achieved, at the very minimum, decent audio quality. We're hearing from some of our backers that this is not the case and it's crushing.
Taken together with the paint issue, we are incredibly frustrated with our manufacturing company and we will have numerous conversations with them over the next month to work on remedying this situation.
Thank you to all those that have sent through feedback. There is nothing more important than learning from your experience, so please keep it coming and let us know your thoughts on the audio, buds and anything else you feel like sharing.
